Black Friday Sale FAQs
When will I get my order?
We’ll be dispatching orders as quickly as possible.Due to the high volume of orders during the sale, please allow up to 7 days for dispatch.
Do I get a FREE pool on all orders?
FREE pools will be automatically added to orders over $250
Items get automatically added to your cart. While stocks last
Can I change the colour of my FREE pool?
Yes! If you want to change the colour of one of the free pools, you can remove the current free gift from your cart, search for the product and colour your want, and add that colour to your cart.
Can I change or cancel my order?
Unfortunately, we’re unable to make changes or cancellations during the sale period due to the volume of orders and our streamlined packing process. If it’s a small adjustment like an address change, please email us immediately, and we’ll do our best to assist.
What happens if my order oversells?
In rare cases, overselling can occur when thousands of people are checking out simultaneously. To help prevent this, we’ve set aside some buffer stock. If your order is affected, we’ll contact you as soon as possible to resolve it and arrange an alternative.
What happens if I order a pre-order item?
Pre-order items will be shipped around the end of November.
Can I return my order?
Orders placed during our Black Friday Sale are final sale and not eligible for refunds. Please choose carefully before checking out.
Can I use a discount code during the sale?
No additional discount codes can be applied during the Black Friday Sale, as the sale prices are already heavily discounted.
