I have received my order but I have changed my mind, can I return it? 

Due to the nature of our products, we do not allow change of mind returns or exchanges once the item has been dispatched.

If your product is faulty, please email us some information and a photo of what has happened to contact@theplaytimestore.com and we will help to resolve the issue by providing a replacement or refund.

Where do you deliver to? 

All over Australia and New Zealand.

How long will my order take to get to me? 

2-3 working days once dispatched 

I haven't yet received by order, what should I do? 

You should receive tracking details once your items/s have been shipped. If your not able to do this send us an email contact@theplaytimestore.com and we can look into this for you

What are your delivery charges? 

FREE (mostly)

Unfortunately, we are really sorry but due to the size of our soft play sets we have to charge a Remote Delivery Surcharge of $50 for some postcodes.
