How do I contact you?

I have received my order but I have changed my mind, can I return it? 

Yes, as long as the product is in its original state we can return this for a full refund minus shipping costs.

If your product is faulty, please email us some information and a photo of what has happened to contact@theplaytimestore.com and we will help to resolve the issue by providing a replacement or refund.

Do you offer a payment instalment plan?
Yes! We offer both Afterpay and Zip. 

Where do you deliver to? 

All over Australia and New Zealand.

How long do orders take to be dispatched? 

We aim to dispatch the same day if ordered before 11 am and next day if after 11am. Please reach out if you have not received a tracking number within this time. 

How long will my order take to get to me once dispatched? 

It depends where you are in Australia. Estimate of times below: 

NSW 1-2 days 

Victoria - 2-3 days 

Queensland / South Australia - 3-5 days 

Perth 5-7 days 

I haven't yet received my order, what should I do? 

You should receive tracking details once your items/s have been shipped. You can track your item using these details. If you are not able to do this send us an email contact@theplaytimestore.com and we can look into this for you

Auspost and Direct Freight depending on the size of the package
