I HAVEN'T GOT A TRACKING NUMBER

If you didn't receive a tracking email, please check your junk mail first. If you received your tracking email but your tracking number isn’t updating or working at all after 1-2 days it has been dispatched, feel free to email us at contact@theplaytimestore.com and we will look into it for you.

SHIPPING TIMEFRAMES

All shipping timeframes are estimates provided by our shipping partners. We will process and send your order as quickly as possible, once it has left us it is in the hands of the delivery companies, and whilst we can help you track the shipment, we have limited control over the delivery of your order. We sometimes offer items for pre order if we are out of stock and more is due to arrive soon. Arrival times are estimates only and sometimes delays occur that are out of our control. Please keep this in mind when purchasing a pre-order item.
